Look:I ordered several items from Zappos recently and for a company this large, their service is amazing. The product was shipped the same day, it shipped priority shipping (no charge for my particular order) and I received my order the very next day on both occasions! Look:The shoes look great, people would swear they are well over $200, but they aren't the most comfortable. I am 5'9" and about 160 lbs and they hurt both the top and bottom of my feet with an average amount of NYC walking. Look:I like these a lot. I receive many compliments. Only thing negative, like others reviewers, is wide heel area and so socks slip down toward toe areas and need to be pulled back up. Look:Beautiful shoes, but like another reviewer I have found that on a couple days with heavier walking, I get a blister on the back of my left heel. The uppers are comfortable and light but the problem is with the heel. Walking to work this morning the heel fell off in the middle of the street! The heel material is not durable and has been steadily wearing down for the past few weeks until it finally came loose today. I never expected these shoes to fall apart after only a month and a half. It is tough to find shoes that look this nice for this price. They have padded insoles that are very comfortable. I was amazed at the sleek and clean look of the shoes. They are so versatile - I wear them to work (at a bank) and out to dinner with nice jeans, and they match perfectly in both ensembles. They are great as everyday shoes, as the comfort level is top-notch. They shipped the shoes right out to us and they fit perfectly. We were very pleased to know that if they didn't fit they would also pay for the return shipping there aren't many places that do that so that means a lot. Great for airport travel as the slip-on/off is very easy. Looks aren't going to be up there with the Allen Edmonds or Bruno Maglis, but neither is the price at about 1/3 of the cost.
