Good shoe...better service from Zappos. Extremely easy to return/exchange purchases. Free return shipping and if a product is exchanged, the new product is sent out before they receive the old product. Zappos could not have made it any easier.

This is a comfortable and surprisingly lightweight shoe. Comfortable from the moment they came out of the box and didn't need any break in period. Zappos is the best!

Bostonian's are the Best - I have been wearing Bostonian dress shoes for years and decided to try the Divan as a casual shoe. I have lived in them since they arrived.
