Look:I'll break my review in sections: price, quality, comfort, and style. Price: Well affordable for the quality...Quality: As expected from Clarks Bostonian, a very well built shoe. Although my preference is for a very slightly thicker sole with bit more extrusion (say about 2mm on each aspect), this shoe is very well built, and uses good quality leather for both upper and sole (yep, leather sole). Comfort: Nothing special here. But overall a comfortable shoe (average wear time about 5 hours in casual environment and NO dancing). Style: Lets just say it’s a well balanced mix of conservative + modern style. The shoe has medium-high shine which makes it very well paired with both dark/tan trousers as well as jeans.I was skeptical purchasing something like a shoe without trying it on first but Zappos did a pretty good job of detailing it. I am quite happy with this purchase. Top |
